EMILDAI is pleased to announce the upcoming presentation of the collective volume Digital Sovereignty and the Green Transition: EU Challenges in Times of War and Energy Crisis (Hart Publishing, 2025) at Avignon Université on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM (CET).

Hosted by the Laboratory of Legal, Political, Economic and Management Sciences, this event will explore the intersections between digital sovereignty, artificial intelligence governance, and the green transition in today’s complex geopolitical and energy landscape.

The presentation, held in French, will feature EMILDAI Coordinator Dr. Edoardo Celeste as a speaker, alongside co-editor Dr. Gaël Depoorter, who will act as discussant.

Participants are invited to join a welcome coffee at 2:15 PM CET in Salle 2E01 before the session begins.

This book, co-edited by Edoardo Celeste, Tamara Alvarez Robles, Tamara Favaro, and Gaël Depoorter, brings together leading voices from the EMILDAI network and beyond, offering key insights into the European Union’s efforts to navigate its twin digital and green transitions amid global challenges.
