Research Summer Camp in Law and Digitalization

EMILDAI is pleased to promote the Research Summer Camp in Law and Digitalization, taking place from 29 June to 3 July 2026 on the campus of Erasmus University Rotterdam. This in-person programme is designed to support early-career scholars and PhD candidates working at the intersection of law and digital technologies.

The Summer Camp aims to help participants strengthen and refine their research agendas through a combination of concise theoretical courses and intensive hands-on work. Over the course of the week, participants will develop a well-structured draft of their research project, benefiting from both collective discussions and individual guidance.

A distinctive feature of the programme is the one-to-one mentoring model: each participant is paired with a senior researcher who provides tailored feedback and expert guidance to help advance the research idea submitted during the application process. By the end of the week, participants will leave with a substantially developed research concept, enhanced methodological skills, and a deeper understanding of current challenges in law and digitalisation.
